Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Welcome to Binaural Babies. To ensure a professional, fair, and efficient experience for every family, please review our full Booking Policy prior to scheduling a session. 1. Advance Booking Required All sessions must be scheduled in advance. We do not accept same-day bookings. This allows us to prepare personalized materials and deliver the highest quality service to your family. 2. Full Payment at Time of Booking Full payment is required when booking to secure your session. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with session details and next steps. 3. All Bookings Are Final & Non-Refundable All bookings are final and non-refundable. When you schedule a session, you are reserving dedicated time, custom planning, and exclusive access to our digital resources. Because this time is blocked off and tailored to your family’s needs, we cannot offer refunds for missed or canceled appointments initiated by the customer. If Binaural Babies cannot attend your scheduled session due to internal issues or emergencies, you will be offered the option to either reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. We value your time and trust. 4. Rescheduling Policy (24-Hour Notice Required) If you need to reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your session. One reschedule is allowed per booking and must be used within 14 days. Requests made within 24 hours may be declined. 5. No-Shows & Missed Appointments A missed appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in a full forfeiture of the session with no refund or reschedule. Please respect the scheduled time, as our services are designed around intentional and focused engagement. By booking with Binaural Babies, you agree to all terms outlined above.
